Are You?
You ’re Not the First to Make This Move.
We’ve helped dozens of families make the move to Arizona, and we’ve made it ourselves. We understand the questions, emotions, and uncertainty that come with relocating, and we’re here to make the process as simple as possible.
Answering the Most Commonly Asked Questions
Pete from Illinois
Jodi from Iowa
They helped us with a move from Iowa to AZ and we couldn't be happier. They listened to what we were looking for but also gave guidance with aspects of Arizona living we wouldn't have know anything about. They were beyond patient with the endless questions
Anne From Illinois
They helped me with my move from across the country to Arizona. And then 1 year later, they helped my parents in their mid 80s with the same cross country move. They are truly THE BEST. There is no one like them!
Jerry From Iowa
Andrew spent time narrowing down potential townhomes before we traveled to Arizona in August. We were able to view these selections and purchase a townhome during our stay. He took the time to understand our requirements and help us through the whole process. His attention to detail is outstanding and his ability to help us made this experience troublefree.
Real Families. Real Stories. Real Moves.
Our family of 12 was making a move from Illinois to Arizona, which was an overwhelming endeavor, to say the least. I cannot fully convey here all the ways that Andrew made our home purchase a smooth and happy event. I will just simply say that he is extremely skilled and makes you feel like family.
"Plus so many other incredible stories of answering questions, overcoming obstacles and making life changing moves possible. Dozes of families, all from the midwest. This is what we do best."

Meet The Founder
Hello, and welcome to Corn to Cactus, my friend. I’ll keep this brief, but I want you to know why this business means so much to me.
At 18 years old, I moved from Ames, Iowa to Phoenix, Arizona with $5,000 and a dream. Five years later, after a lot of long days, hard lessons, and relentless work, I was fortunate enough to be recognized among the top 5% of Realtors in Arizona.
But along the way, I realized something even more meaningful. So many of the people I loved helping most were making the same journey I once did: leaving the Midwest and starting a new chapter in Arizona.
I know the questions, the uncertainty, and the excitement that come with a move like this. That’s why I created Corn to Cactus.
My goal is to be the person I wish I had in my corner when I made the move myself, and to make your journey to Arizona feel less overwhelming, more personal, and maybe even a little fun.
Thank you for being here. If Arizona is starting to feel like your next chapter, I’d be honored to help you make it home.
